The Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, is proud to present its latest advancements in agriculture and health at the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2024, organized by Times Higher Education. The event, held from June 10 to 13, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand, brings together global leaders, researchers, and policymakers to discuss and promote sustainable development initiatives.

CEMB-University of the Punjab’s dedicated stall at the congress showcases cutting-edge research that addresses critical challenges in the agriculture and health sectors. Attendees have the opportunity to engage with innovative solutions that University of the Punjab is developing to drive sustainable development.

The first two days of the congress featured an exciting array of activities, including the booth setup and in-depth discussions with faculty from various national and international universities. Representatives from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) engaged in fruitful dialogues with Times Higher Education members, exploring collaborative opportunities and highlighting the importance of sustainable development in higher education.

CEMB, representing the University of the Punjab, is honored to participate in the congress alongside the HEC. The center's research efforts received commendation from higher education commissions of several countries, underscoring University of the Punjab's significant contributions to advancing global sustainability goals.
