On 11 February 2026, the Institute of Urdu Language and Literature organized a literary lecture under Anjuman-e-Urdu titled “The Poetic Universe of Mus.hafii,” delivered by Dr. Arsalan Rathore, Assistant Professor at Government College University, Lahore. The session began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and Na‘at. Dr. Rathore highlighted the unique artistic and thematic qualities of Mus.hafii’s poetry and encouraged students to engage in critical reading and research of classical Urdu literature. The lecture concluded with remarks by Director Dr. Baseera Ambarin, who appreciated the speaker and thanked him. A large number of students, including Dr. Aneela Saleem, attended the event.
