A pre-conference workshop titled "Dealing with Life Challenges: A CBT Model" at IAP


A pre-conference workshop titled “Dealing with Life Challenges: A CBT Model” was held at the Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, as a part of the 15th International Conference of Pakistan Psychological Association. Led by Dr. Fatima Kamran, Associate Professor, the workshop focused on applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to everyday challenges. The workshop was fully booked and participants got a chance to engage in hands-on training, significantly enhancing their skills. The event concluded with gratitude expressed by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, President of the Pakistan Psychological Association, along with Mr. Irfan Kisana General Secretary PPA, Dr Afifa Anjum Treasurer PPA and Ms. Rukhsana thanking Dr. Kamran for her contribution and Institutions collaboration with PPA. This collaboration shows the commitment of both institutions to advancing psychological practices in Pakistan.
